Meg is what I call an early adopter.
She has gone through the Courage is Built Here curriculum with me not once, not twice, but three times.
She was telling me about a coaching program she recently completed. Part of it involved creating a Life Timeline — plotting the highs and lows of your life on one long stretch of paper.
As she described hers, she mentioned that doing the courage work with me and learning her core values was one of the highs on her timeline.
I stopped her mid-story.
"Wait. Did you just say this work made your Life Timeline?"
She smiled. "Of course it did."
And then I cried. She cried. We laughed about crying.
